Sharad Pawar is the only leader in India whom the entire Congress is frightened of. It is remarkable that Sharad Pawar became CM of a progressive state like Maharashtra 30 years back at the age of 38. He is considered as a very shrewed, diplomatic and cunning politician and a leader changing with the needs of time, which are necessary qualities for a politician. Today, his native place Baramati is known for good agriculture, wineries and textile companies. May foreign investors have come to Baramati only because of him. There are firms from US, France, Italy, Spain, Russia and many countries of the world. He enjoys good relations with celebrities like Intel Chief Craig Barrett, Media magnet Rupert Murdoch, Former US President Bill Clinton, Liquor Barron Vijay Mallya, Bajaj, Tatas, Ambanis and so on. There are supporters for Sharad Pawar in every national political party in India.Sharad Pawar is a taciturn politician. This is different from being a taciturn person, which he also can be. He keeps his plans to himself, and lets them ferment for a while. When he is sure that they merit partial disclosure he uses the methods of a chameleon, being visible and invisible at the same time.
